Early-access privacy
This notice covers email signup. For the Android and Apple Watch apps, read the app privacy policy.
What you choose to share
The early-access form collects your email address and records when you agreed to receive Wristvia early-access and release news. Providing it is optional. It is not an app account or a guaranteed invitation.
Where it goes
The Wristvia project, run by Tomas Norkus, stores the signup in a Cloudflare-hosted database. A notification containing your email goes to the project owner at tomasnorkuss@gmail.com, using Google’s Gmail service. We use it to manage interest and contact you about this project. We do not sell the signup list.
Security and spam prevention
Cloudflare processes network information, including the request’s IP address, to deliver and protect the form. The application does not save IP addresses in its signup table. The form uses rate limits, a duplicate-email check and a hidden spam field. It does not send a confirmation email to the address entered, so registration does not verify that address.
Retention and your choices
Database signup records expire after 12 months. Email notifications may remain in the owner’s inbox until removed. To withdraw your interest, request deletion from the database and inbox, or correct your email, write to tomasnorkuss@gmail.com from the address you registered. We will handle those requests manually.
Website and service providers
The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. The signup endpoint runs in the project’s Cloudflare account. This site does not add advertising trackers or a newsletter tracking pixel. Hosting and email providers may process service logs under their own policies.
